The EndUser MSDS®

The debate over MSDS formats has raged for more than 20 years. Much of this debate, and the proposed formats, deviate from the original purpose of an MSDS as defined by US OSHA, workplace chemical safety. The leading current proposal (ANSI Z.400) is less than worker friendly and goes far beyond the original right-to-know mandate.

Our clients want concise (2-page), uniform and fully legal MSDSs which workers can understand after minimal training. To accommodate the very few MSDS which cannot be coaxed into the 2-page format without omitting important and relevant information, a Supplement page has been added with the release of MSDS Rx Manager 6.0.

The EndUserMSDS® format was painstakingly developed in consultation with compliance officials, safety professionals and, above all, workers. It is currently compliant with US OSHA and equivalent state requirements.
